Controller

Scope

This policy covers www.antavi.ch and our apps and platforms, in particular the antavi 360° app.

Data we process as controller

For the website and our own accounts we process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

  • Server logs — technical access data captured by our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC).
  • Contact — emails to the address above.
  • Account data (My antavi / antavi 360°) — name, email, role, authentication logs to provide access.
  • Web analytics — Google Analytics 4, only after explicit consent via the cookie banner. Withdraw any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
  • Embedded content — YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and occasionally SRF; loading the page transmits your IP to those providers.

Data we process as processor

When business customers use antavi products to process personal data of their staff, volunteers or event attendees — in particular operational, location and crowd-density data — we act as processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR / Art. 9 FADP. The customer remains the controller; the basis is the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Access or deletion requests for such data should be sent directly to the relevant customer.

Operational and crowd-density data is processed aggregated and anonymised wherever possible; we don’t publish individual locations.

Third-country transfers

Transfers to Google in the USA (hosting, analytics, embedded video) are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary values (theme, consent state, session) in your browser. Analytics cookies only after consent. The apps additionally store authentication tokens and preferences.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — contact us at the address above. Right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC (https://www.edoeb.admin.ch) or your competent EU supervisory authority.
