Jublasarium 2025 — three years of safety planning

Dominic Beck looks back at one of the largest children's and youth camps in Switzerland — and at antavi as a partner of the Safety & Legal department.

Three years of commitment, strategy and teamwork lie behind the Safety & Legal department — preparation for one of the largest children’s and youth camps in Switzerland: the Jublasarium 2025.

Over this period, the task was to:

  • set up complex safety and legal questions in a major-project context,
  • build and maintain interfaces with authorities and emergency services,
  • work in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility,
  • and to experience how strong values, structure and dedication together make great things possible.

A very special THANK YOU to the OK team for trust, vision and leadership, to the Safety & Legal department for collaborating as equals — and to all authorities and partner organisations that accompanied and supported the camp.

The Jublasarium was more than an event: a living example of what is possible when volunteer work meets professional standards.

In cooperation with Kantonspolizei Aargau, Kantonsspital Baden AG, Regionalpolizei Wettingen-Limmattal, Gemeinde Wettingen, Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz BABS, AVS Systeme AG, Schwingsa Group, Stadtpolizei Zürich, antavi and many other partners.
